Notice To Our Passengers

Personal Luggage will not be checked, but carried on all trips at owners risk. Lex will not be responsible for damage incurred from late arrivals or failure to make flight connections. We reserve the right to seat passengers or refuse transportation of any person who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol and is incapable of taking care of his or herself, or whose conduct is likely to be objectinable to other passengers, our personnel and employees. Smoking is prohibited by Federal Law. There is NO SMOKING on all trips. Schedules displayed are subject to change without notice. We recommend that you plan & arrive to airports one hour and half prior to any domestic flight, three hours prior to any international flight. Please allow additinal time during bad weather and/or highway construction periods.
