Cancellation Policy- CANCEL A RESERVATION AND RECEIVE A REFUND
You must cancel at least 4 hours prior to your departure time. There will be a $20.00 cancellation fee PER TICKET. You must call 'Trinity' (with your credit card information [number, expiration date, etc] at the LEX office to receive the refund (minus $20) per ticket. Refunds have a 30-day process time after the initial call to the office to obtain the refund.
- CANCELLING A TRIP?
You may save your credit for a later trip with at least one hour advance notification prior to your arrival or departure time. There will be a $10.00 fee PER TICKET to receive credit to your LEX account.
- CHANGING A RESERVATION
To change your reservation, you must call at least (one) 1 hour prior to your departure time. There will be a $10.00 fee PER TICKET to change a reservation.
A CANCELLATION FEE will not be charged if you PAY and CANCEL the same reservation on the same day.
